At Cuyana, we believe in owning fewer, better things. If your purchase isn't perfect, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our studio inspects the return.
